• During peak seasons, you may face longer waits for the Seine River cruise due to the high number of visitors. We appreciate your patience and understanding for a seamless experience

• The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
• The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
• In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour of free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.
• All boats are non-smoking. Some of the boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.
• There is no left-luggage facility at the cruise boat.
• Animals are not permitted on the cruise, except for animals accompanying visitors with disabilities.
• The river cruise tickets are valid for a month after the travel date.
• Boat departures vary during the day between thirty minutes to one hour. Departure times will be written on the cruise ticket. There is no need to make a reservation in advance.
