        ⚈ Please be sure to provide a reachable email address. You will receive the audio guide application link, along with all relevant information about the attractions, one day before your tour date via email.
        ⚈ Your Rodin Museum entry tickets are in the voucher you received when you first made your booking.
        ⚈ This is not a guided tour. You’ll enter the attraction independently at the time of your choosing within operating hours.
        ⚈ The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with last entry at 5:45 p.m. and rooms clearing at 6:15 p.m.The museum is closed on Mondays, January 1st, May 1st, and December 25th.
        ⚈ Entry is included for the permanent collections, sculpture garden, and temporary exhibitions with your ticket.
        ⚈ Admission is free for visitors under 18 (all nationalities), EU/EEA residents aged 18–25 (must present valid ID or residency proof)
        ⚈ You'll receive a link via email to download the digital audio guide app before your visit. The app is independent from the museum’s onsite audio guide (which is available for an additional fee). Please download it in advance or ensure you have a stable internet connection on-site.
        ⚈ A wait at security is possible during busy periods, but your ticket does not give priority access. Please arrive on time.
        ⚈ Items larger than 55 × 35 × 20 cm are not permitted inside.
        ⚈The museum is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility (one historic room cannot be adapted).Wheelchairs and seat canes are available upon request at reception (ID required, reservation not required).
        ⚈ Suitcases and bulky baggage are not allowed and cannot be stored within the museum.
        ⚈ A free cloakroom is available at the Hôtel Biron entrance to the permanent collections.
        ⚈ Guide and assistance dogs are welcome with valid documentation.
        ⚈ From June 8 through July 24, the installation of a structure in the Sculpture Garden will make part of the area inaccessible. The artworks will nevertheless remain visible.
