⚈ During peak seasons, you may face longer waits for the Seine River cruise due to the high number of visitors. We appreciate your patience and understanding for a seamless experience.

⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507, Pier Number 3, which is orange in color. The departure point is right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

⚈ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.

⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

⚈ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour of free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.

⚈ All boats are non-smoking. However, it is possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some restaurants, and some boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace for smoking.

⚈ There is no left luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower or on the cruise boat.
