⚈ FOR RODIN MUSEUM PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
⚈ Please be sure to provide a reachable email address. You will receive the all relevant information about the attractions, one day before your tour date via email.
⚈ Your Rodin Museum entry tickets are in the voucher you received when you first made your booking.
⚈ This is not a guided tour. You’ll enter the attraction independently at the time of your choosing within operating hours.
⚈ The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with last entry at 5:45 p.m. and rooms clearing at 6:15 p.m.The museum is closed on Mondays, January 1st, May 1st, and December 25th.
⚈ Entry is included for the permanent collections, sculpture garden, and temporary exhibitions with your ticket.
⚈ Admission is free for visitors under 18 (all nationalities), EU/EEA residents aged 18–25 (must present valid ID or residency proof)
⚈ A wait at security is possible during busy periods, but your ticket does not give priority access.
⚈ Items larger than 55 × 35 × 20 cm are not permitted inside.
⚈The museum is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility (one historic room cannot be adapted).Wheelchairs and seat canes are available upon request at reception (ID required, reservation not required).
⚈ Suitcases and bulky baggage are not allowed and cannot be stored within the museum.
⚈ A free cloakroom is available at the Hôtel Biron entrance to the permanent collections.
⚈ Guide and assistance dogs are welcome with valid documentation.
⚈ From June 8 through July 24, the installation of a structure in the Sculpture Garden will make part of the area inaccessible. The artworks will nevertheless remain visible.
⚈ FOR THE RIVER CRUISE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507. Pier Number 3. It is orange color. The departure point is just right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
⚈ Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket.
⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages, including French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
⚈ There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete.
⚈ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
⚈ The rules of hygiene on boats do not allow us to accept an animal except for guide dogs.
⚈ All boats are non-smoking. It is however possible to smoke on the outdoor terrace of some of restaurants. Some of boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.
⚈ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.
⚈ The river cruise tickets are valid for a month after the travel date.
⚈ Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board the Bateaux Parisiens boats.
