Your host will guide you toward the Eiffel Tower entrance and assist you through the initial access process. They will accompany you to the second floor by elevator. After reaching this level, you can continue exploring the tower independently at your own pace.

Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide your tickets.
It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed
Please note that children under 4 also need a ticket to enter the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to add it when booking
This tour is not a guided visit, your host will accompany you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator, from where you will continue your visit independently.
Even with prepaid access, you might have to wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor
Disabled visitors and visitors with reduced mobility can visit only the 1st and 2nd floors by lift but the summit floor is not accessible to them for safety reasons, notably if they had to be evacuated urgently.
Animals are not permitted, except the animals accompanying visitors with disabilities
The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument
There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower
This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
It is not allowed to bring large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby stroller, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, overboards, other large rolling object (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), also do not bring sharp objects such as knives, pocket knives, scissors and corkscrews, glass bottles, padlocks, cans or anything that may explode or be otherwise dangerous
