      • Please be sure to provide a reachable email address. You will receive your tickets and the audio guide application link, along with all relevant information about the attractions, one day before your tour date via email.
      • There's no meeting point for this activity. You will visit and enter the attraction on your own using the address provided in your booking confirmation.
      • Free entry is available for children under 8 years old. They must be accompanied by an adult and present a valid passport or ID card.
      • Women are required to cover their heads and shoulders. Both men and women must cover their knees before entering the Hagia Sophia Mosque. Headscarves and body coverings can be obtained at the ticket booth for a nominal fee.
      • Entrance and Exit Access: The ramps and stairs in this area are not accessible for individuals with disabilities or those who have difficulty walking. We kindly ask such guests to use the "Turkish Citizen Entrance" with their tickets.
      • Visiting area of the mosque is closed to visitors between 12:30-14:30 due to Friday Prayers.
      • Women are required to cover their heads and shoulders. Both men and women must cover their knees before entering the Hagia Sophia Mosque.
      • As Hagia Sophia is a sacred place of worship, visitors are kindly asked not to photograph or stare at Muslims who are praying. Please maintain silence, refrain from running, and ensure that children do not create loud disturbances.
      • To avoid crowds, it is recommended to visit before 10:00 AM or after 3:00 PM. The site is especially crowded on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays.
      • During prayer times, only Turkish citizens may enter the prayer area.
      • Muslim tourists from abroad wishing to perform prayer may enter the mosque’s prayer area via the main gate at Hagia Sophia Square (Ayasofya Meydanı) before the call to prayer. Please note that the prayer area is closed for visits from morning prayer until 10:00 AM due to daily cleaning and maintenance.
      • On Fridays, the visitor area of the mosque is closed between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM due to Friday prayers.
      • Foreign tourists must enter Hagia Sophia via the new tourist entrance near Topkapi Palace. This entrance leads directly to the upper gallery via a gentle ramp.
      • A digital audio guide is available in more than 10 languages: English, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese, Hindi, and Dutch.
      • Utilizing the Audio Guide: On your selected travel date, before your scheduled start time, we will email you the links for accessing the audio guide application. To use the audio guide, simply download the application to your phone using the provided link.
      • Please ensure that you download the audio guide application content before your visit, or have a stable internet connection available for access.
