This is a self-guided, garden-only visit. You will visit and enter the attraction independently, with no meeting point required. Museum admission is not included.

Priority entry is not included; standard entrance procedures and security checks apply.
Children under the age of 10 can enter for free with a valid passport or ID, but must have an adult accompanying them.
The ticket is valid only for the site, date and time of entrance given on the ticket. You may arrive up to 29 minutes after the time slot indicated on the ticket.
Your entrance time may be adjusted 30 minutes earlier or later than the one you requested due to availability.
Commercial photography or videos are not allowed; violators may face indefinite garden access ban.
The Majorelle Garden is wheelchair accessible but certain areas may be difficult for wheelchairs or strollers to navigate due to the natural terrain.
Large bags may need to be left at at the entrance; suitcase storage is not guaranteed.
The Jardin Majorelle and the Ysl Museum cannot be held responsible for breach of contract due to force majeure, disruption, total or partial strike in particular of the means of transport and/or communication.
