        •  Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.   
        • Operating hours: The Orsay Museum is open every Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Last admission at 5pm, last to exhibitions at 5:15pm, rooms close from 5:30pm Night visit/Nocturne on Thursdays until9:45pm (night rate from 6pm): last admission to the museum and exhibitions at 9pm, rooms close from 9:15pm. Closed every Monday, May 1 and December 25. The museum is free for everyone on the first Sunday of the month (advance booking still required). 
        • Visitors will use these entrances. C1 entrance until March 9, 2026 - Parvis entrance from March 10, 2026 onwards. 
        • Persons under 18 years and EU residents under 26 may enter free with a valid ID.  
        •  Wheelchairs, folding chairs, and walking sticks are available for use on the museum premises.   
        • Utilizing the Audio Guide: On your chosen travel date, before your scheduled start time, we will email you links for audio guide access. To use your audio guide: Simply download the application to your phone from the provided link.  
        •  You must bring your own headphones.  
        •  This is not an official audio guide provided by the museum.   
        • Please ensure you have downloaded the audio guide stations before visiting the museum or have a stable internet connection available for access.   
        • The digital audio guide included is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's own audio guide. 
        • Digital audio guide available in 14 languages with more than 300 commentaries.   
        • Some of the exhibitions in the museum may not be on display temporary.   
        • The audio guide application may not include works from temporary exhibitions.   
        • During peak seasons, expect lines at security checkpoints. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. In the busiest periods, entry may take longer than usual.
