        • The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Last admission is at 5:15 p.m.; rooms are cleared 20 minutes before closing. Closed Mondays, January 1, May 1, and December 25 
        •  Admission is free for visitors under 18 (all nationalities), EU/EEA residents aged 18–25 (must present valid ID or residency proof)
        • The museum is fully accessible for wheelchair users, except for one historic room that cannot be modified.
        • Wheelchairs and seat canes are available upon request at the reception desk (ID required, no reservation needed).
        • For security reasons, large suitcases and bulky bags are not allowed and cannot be stored at the museum.

        • Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket. 
        • There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. 
        •   The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete. 
        • River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date. 
        • During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to high visitor volume. Your patience is appreciated.
        •   Boats hold up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy weather to meet safety regulations. 
        • All boats are non-smoking, though smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.
        •   Audio guides are available onboard in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. 
        •   In the car park area, cruise passengers are entitled to 1 hour of free parking. Please retain your ticket until the end of your cruise. 
        • Outside food and drinks are not permitted on board the Bateaux Parisiens boats.
