The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Last admission is at 5:15 p.m.; rooms are cleared 20 minutes before closing. Closed Mondays, January 1, May 1, and December 25
Admission is free for visitors under 18 (all nationalities), EU/EEA residents aged 18–25 (must present valid ID or residency proof)
The museum is fully accessible for wheelchair users, except for one historic room that cannot be modified.
Wheelchairs and seat canes are available upon request at the reception desk (ID required, no reservation needed).
For security reasons, large suitcases and bulky bags are not allowed and cannot be stored at the museum.

Boats hold up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy weather to meet safety regulations.
All boats are non-smoking, though smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.
